We aim to provide a smooth, professional, and transparent experience. Please review the following policies before scheduling your session.

Booking & Payment Policies

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a session. By booking, you agree to this policy.

Balance Due

Your balance is due the day of your shoot. We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Square, and Stripe. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.

Consultations Policy

Clients can schedule 30-minute consultations via Zoom. Consultations exceeding 30 minutes will incur a $60 fee.

Clients are required to book:

Initial consultation

Follow-up consultation

Review consultation

Scheduling & Delivery

Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

Rescheduling allowed once with 48-hour notice

Less than 72-hour notice is considered cancellation

30 minutes late = cancellation

No-shows forfeit deposit

Image Delivery

Proofs delivered within 5 business days

Final retouched images delivered within 5 business days after selection

High-resolution images delivered without watermark

File Safety

Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their images. We cannot guarantee indefinite storage.

Re-shoots & Refunds

No re-shoots or refunds unless technical issues occur.

For Parents

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Any violation will result in termination of services without refund.
